1999 Corbin Motors Sparrow (#017):

My first *fast* electric car. I bought this because of the technology in it and the cooless factor. This vehicle runs on 100% electric batteries. It has a DCP Raptor 1200 controller in it (racing controller) which makes it go 0-60 in about 3-5 seconds. The batteries are 13 Optima Blue Tops. It's not a wimp for features either, it has full electric heat, windshield wipers/fluid, brakes, ebrake, pioneer stereo, leather seats, fully functional turn signals/horn, and even a tilt wheel. Out of all the vehicles I've ever owned, the Sparrow gets the most looks. It does only seat one, which seems just fine for my purposes. These are $14,900 new, and also carry a 20% federal income tax credit for electric vehicles.
